Part of the job

This development in Shirley, Southampton, required exterior redecoration. It’s usually straightforward to provide elevated safe access for tradesmen on even very large sites – but this had a complication. The ground floor of the building provided access to the rear and was used by the residents for parking – and it was made absolutely clear that that could not be interrupted.

With a little careful planning we were able to erect the tower in such a way as to allow the decorator to safely proceed with their work while keeping the parking bay open. Working the problem is what we do.
